At Dentro Home each piece or furniture we create to order is handcrafted to your specifications and tailored to your vision with the utmost attention to detail.
Due to the bespoke nature of our work.we do not accept returns or offer refunds for tailor made pieces however there are of course exceptions for quality concerns

If you believe your item has arrived with a manufacturing defect or discrepancy, please contact within 7 days of delivery so that we may assist you swiftly and appropriately.

Our Commitment
We stand resolutely by the excellence of our craftsmanship and materials of every Dentro Home creation, and we’re committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every detail. Detailed photographs of all pieces will be sent prior to shipping for initial approval. All pieces are insured for any possible damage or loss in the process of transportation and any damaged items will be replaced within the timeframe required for manufacturing a replacement piece.
